At a glance

Your contribution to something big

  • Responsible for the turnover and profit of the assigned accounts
  • Responsible for the customer P & L
  • Negotiation of terms and contracts with the major customers
  • Sales and listing, such as innovations and promotions
  • Negotiation on local, customer-specific advertising activities, promos
  • Support catalog creation
  • Tasks in the field of logistics and finance (credits, open receivables, etc.)
  • Information flow (internal - RBMs, BUs, logistics and external service, external - customers and DL)
  • Control of relevant KPIs and compliance with budgets
  • Responsibility for customer and market processing strategy
  • Development of new business segments and customers
  • Planning of turnover, profit and quantity as well as commenting to Key Account Director
  • Strong coordination with all other BU KAMs for respective customers

  • Very good understanding of buying decisions and operations in relevant PT retail channels and different PT retail formats (online/offline)
  • Demonstrate strategic outlook, commercial awareness, financial acumen and budgetary responsibility
  • Very high level of user- and result orientation as well as future-oriented thinking
  • Experience in working within cross-functional teams
