At a glance

Your contribution to something big

  • Drive supplier sourcing strategy and prepare supplier awarding for new parts, ensure the project schedule in respect to part deliveries
  • Lead technical discussions with suppliers and engineering. Organize technical supplier workshops and supplier visits
  • Initiate preventative quality in development phase
  • Focus on target costing, identify cost improvement ideas with suppliers
  • Involve in Innovation Feasibility Projects

What distinguishes you

  • Technical degree as engineer / industrial engineer (preferred to have a special focus on hydraulics)
  • Experience in purchasing department or engineering department
  • Structured and analytical way of working
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Able to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions
  • Results oriented and pro-active attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel
