Susanne is currently responsible for the Sales Order Management Team at Bosch Rexroth. In this position, her tasks include the coordination of the team activities, and helping the team finds relevant solutions when problems arise

Susanne found the vacancy at Bosch Rexroth due to a lucky coincidence, while helping a friend find a job. She immediately thought she was the perfect fit for the company and the position and therefore decided to apply, also due to her previous work in logistics.

When she entered the Bosch Group she was very impressed with the supply chain and logistic area and found it very easy to learn and develop within the company. “From the very beginning, I got the feeling that it was very easy for me to create the right network in Bosch".

When asked about what she likes most about the company, the first thing mentioned by Susanne was the size of the organization, which due to being so big, grants several different opportunities, in many business areas and roles. Another aspect that she truly appreciates is the chance to work and help people build their experiences, to help them do their best and as a consequence also find the best solutions for the customers. The decision process and helping development of projects and move things forward.

The hardest challenges faced by Susanne were mostly at the beginning of her career, when she had the opportunity to implement SAP modules in their department, and has succeeded positively in this challenge.

Recently she considers her biggest challenge to be the opportunity to take a more managerial role in her career.
